A Full Service for a quartz watch includes a new battery, replacement of any worn gaskets, cleaning of the outside, resealing and pressure testing, and setting of time to your time zone ONLY. A full service will not include a diagnostic and testing of all features of your watch. The warranty is extended by two years if it is less than 24 months since the purchase date or last full service. Free return shipping is included. A Full Service for an automatic watch includes a complete disassembly of the movement, cleaning of all individual parts in the movement, replacement of any worn or broken parts, reassembly of the movement, a cleaning of the outside case, a movement accuracy test, a water pressure test, and setting of time to your time zone. Our service form only supports up to three watches per submission. If you have more than three watches to send in, please continue to the next step and complete this form.

Send us the watch(es) only once your service form is complete.

  • Include a printout of the service form confirmation you will receive by email.
  • Send the watch(es) without the gift box. If you send us the gift box it will NOT be returned.
  • Wrap the watch(es) with bubble wrap or a paper towel.
  • Use a bubble mailer.

We are not responsible for uninsured watches that are lost in the mail. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a mail service that includes tracking and insurance.

If you reside outside Canada, we recommend that you mark your parcel as: "Product for repair only, return to manufacturer. No commercial value. Value is for customs purposes only" to avoid paying custom fees or duties.

If we are charged any customs or brokerage fees to accept your shipment, we will pass on these costs to you.

Once the watch is received at our service centre, you will be notified by email. Your watch will wait its turn to be evaluated in a secure queue. 

When evaluation is complete you will then be e-mailed a quotation, which will determine the pricing for your service. 

Once payment is received, the watch will be serviced and shipped within two business days. 

Serviced watches are returned with insurance and tracking, with the exception of some types of international deliveries.
